The present invention provides improved devices, systems and methods for accessing and repairing tissue at a treatment site. The present invention provides devices, systems and methods that allow for smoother access and repair of tissue by improving the capture of tissue into the device. The present invention may be a one-way mechanism that allows tissue entry into the mechanism but does not allow it to exit easily, such as leaf springs, protrusions, pivot arms, and one or more friction elements. |
