abstract | The invention relates to a method for separating, purifying and degrading lignin, which comprises the following steps: (1) crushing for the first time; (2) carrying out first enzymolysis; (3) crushing for the second time; (4) carrying out second enzymolysis; (5) and (4) degrading the lignin of the enzymolysis residues. The invention provides a novel extraction method for preparing lignin with high purity and complete structure, and serial catalysts (such as solid acid heteropolyacid salt-Raney nickel) are adopted to carry out high-efficiency catalytic degradation on the extracted lignin so as to obtain an aromatic platform compound; the invention can provide a new way for the utilization of lignin in biomass refining, and can reduce the pollution caused by direct discharge of lignin. |
