titleOfInvention Salmon calcitonin soluble microneedle patch and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a salmon calcitonin soluble microneedle patch and a preparation method thereof. The salmon calcitonin soluble microneedle patch consists of a substrate and a needle body, wherein the needle body is prepared from a mixed solution of salmon calcitonin, dextran and trehalose, and the mass ratio of the salmon calcitonin to the dextran to the trehalose is 1: 5-20: 4-8; the substrate is prepared from a solution of a water-soluble polymer material. The salmon calcitonin soluble microneedle patch has good mechanical strength, good stability, good blood calcium reducing effect, and high bioavailability. The addition of trehalose is beneficial to improving the stability of salmon calcitonin and the transdermal drug release efficiency of the microneedle, improving the bioavailability of salmon calcitonin and obtaining a higher blood calcium reducing effect.
