The salmon calcitonin soluble microneedle patch has good mechanical strength, good stability, good blood calcium reducing effect, and high bioavailability. The addition of trehalose is beneficial to improving the stability of salmon calcitonin and the transdermal drug release efficiency of the microneedle, improving the bioavailability of salmon calcitonin and obtaining a higher blood calcium reducing effect. |
