titleOfInvention | human immunodeficiency virus recombinant protein |
abstract | The application discloses a human immunodeficiency virus recombinant protein. The human immunodeficiency virus recombinant protein of the present application comprises a polypeptide having at least 85% sequence identity with the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein the polypeptide includes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. Amino acid substitutions at positions corresponding to the eight positions 53, 85, 98, 105, 109, 111, 132 and 133, preferably, the polypeptide further includes the amino acid sequence shown in SEQ ID NO: 1. Amino acid substitutions at one or more corresponding positions among the three positions 120 and 139. The present application also relates to the preparation and use of the human immunodeficiency virus recombinant protein. The human immunodeficiency virus recombinant protein of the present application can be applied to the antibody detection of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), and has the characteristics of high activity, high detection rate, good specificity and the like. |
