The regulating device comprises the culture device and a plant root layer oxidation-reduction potential regulating system, and the system comprises an oxidation-reduction potential meter, a gas supply device, a liquid supply device, a power supply circuit and a switch circuit. The device can automatically adjust the soil oxidation-reduction potential to a set value through the gas supply equipment and/or the liquid supply equipment and maintain the soil oxidation-reduction potential within a set range, so as to realize the regulation and control of the plant root oxidation-reduction potential; and the device can keep the integrity of the root system as much as possible during sampling.
