abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a transparent film with further improved sliding properties of water droplets. The present invention is a transparent film having a polysiloxane skeleton having a fluorine-containing group having a perfluoroalkyl group or a perfluoropolyether group bonded to a silicon atom of the above-mentioned polysiloxane skeleton. The structure (a) of the blob, and the sliding velocity of a 120 μl water droplet at an inclination of 8° is 0.2 mm/s or more. In a preferred embodiment, in the above-mentioned structure (a), the fluorine-containing group is bonded to a part of silicon atoms of the polysiloxane skeleton, and a fluorinated carbon-containing group is bonded to a part of the remaining silicon atoms.
