abstract | The invention provides a method for manufacturing a decorative plate with a resin coating film which has no bad appearance such as coating bulge and wrinkle and has excellent extensibility. The manufacturing method of the decorative plate comprises the following steps: a step (alpha) in which a thermoplastic resin film (a) is pressure-bonded to a preheated rotating heating cylinder, and then a transfer film (b) having a hot-melt adhesive layer, a resin coating film, a release coat layer, and a film base material in this order from the outermost layer side is pressure-bonded to the film (a), with the hot-melt adhesive layer being positioned on the film (a) side; (β) a step of feeding and supplying the pressure-bonded body obtained in the step (α) between a rotating design-providing roller and a rotating backup roller, and positioning the transfer film (b) on the design-providing roller side; and (γ) a step of cooling the laminated sheet obtained in the step (β) by sequentially passing the laminated sheet through a first cooling roll having a temperature of 50 to 90 ℃ and a second cooling roll having a temperature of 20 to 70 ℃ and lower than the temperature of the first cooling roll. |
