An organic light-emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof are disclosed. The organic light-emitting display device may include: a thin film transistor, the thin film transistor is located on a substrate; a first electrode, the first electrode is electrically connected to the thin film transistor; an organic light-emitting layer, the organic light-emitting layer is located on the first electrode, and the organic light-emitting layer is separated by a separator; a separator cover, the separator cover is located on the separator; the second electrode, the second electrode is located on the separator on the organic light-emitting layer; and an encapsulation layer, the encapsulation layer is located on the second electrode, wherein the width of the upper surface of the separator cover is smaller than the width of the lower surface of the separator cover. |
