titleOfInvention | Wide spectrum display covering visible light to infrared wave band |
abstract | The invention discloses a wide spectrum display covering visible light to infrared wave bands, which consists of arrayed display units, wherein the position relations of the display units are that a second electrode (9), a hydrophobic insulating layer (8), a fluid chamber (2), a barrier layer (6), a dielectric layer (5), a first electrode (4), a substrate (3) and an illuminating layer (14) are arranged from top to bottom in sequence, and two ends of a peripheral driving circuit (13) are respectively connected with the first electrode (4) and the second electrode (9). By utilizing the local plasmon resonance effect of the plasmon nanoparticles, when the distance between the nanoparticles is changed, the spectral peak of the spectrum can move, so that the color of the display unit is changed, and the spectrum can be dynamically tunable. The display has high response speed, can be used as a micro display and applied to anti-counterfeiting marks; the flexible display can be realized, and the method has the advantages of low cost, simple manufacturing process and the like. |
