abstract | The invention relates to the field of cell membrane chromatography, in particular to a novel APTES modified silica gel applied to cell membrane chromatography. The silica gel treated by the APTES has higher column efficiency, greatly enhances the binding force between cell membranes and the silica gel, and prolongs the service life of the column to at least 12 days. In addition, the reproducibility of the column efficiency is improved to be within 10 percent from the previous 20 percent in the first 3 days when the column efficiency is reduced most quickly. Such improvements are well suited for use with precious or difficult to obtain biomaterials and can greatly reduce the amount and waste of biomaterials. |
