abstract | The invention relates to biotechnology and molecular markers, and particularly discloses a functional marker GmPAP14-intron5-36 related to utilization efficiency of soybean phytate phosphorus, wherein a forward primer sequence of the functional marker is as follows: 5'-ATGATTTCAGACAAACACGATTC-3', respectively; the functional marker reverse primer sequence: 5'-ACAGCTGACGAATGCAATTTAAC-3' are provided. The functional marker can amplify a 241bp specific fragment in a phosphorus high-efficiency soybean variety and amplify a 277bp specific fragment in a phosphorus low-efficiency soybean variety. The invention also provides application of the functional marker in judging the utilization efficiency of phytate phosphorus of the soybean variety and in auxiliary selection breeding of molecular markers of the soybean variety. |
