The chemical structure is mainly composed of a cell membrane targeting group, a biochemical marker recognition group and an optical regulation group link. Such probes can be applied to the detection and diagnosis of human health/disease, for example, the concentration of copper ions on the cell membrane of Parkinson's patients can be detected by using such probes, so as to achieve early warning of Parkinson's patients.
