abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of a zirconia-based porous gradient composite material, which comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an organic foam; (2) preparing a polyvinyl alcohol solution with the concentration of 5%, throwing away and airing the polyvinyl alcohol to obtain the foamed ceramic; (3) weighing zirconia powder, and precalcining to obtain zirconia powder; (4) mixing polyvinyl alcohol, carboxymethyl cellulose and silica sol according to a mass ratio, adding water, stirring to obtain mixed slurry, weighing ammonium polyacrylate, octanol and the zirconia ceramic powder, adding the ammonium polyacrylate, the octanol and the zirconia ceramic powder into the mixed slurry, and stirring to obtain zirconia ceramic slurry; (5) preparing zirconia ceramic slurry, hydroxyapatite powder and ZrO 2 Preparing coating slurry from the powder and the bonding additive, and sequentially coating to obtain a semi-finished product; (6) and sintering the semi-finished product in a sintering furnace to obtain the zirconia-based porous gradient composite material.
