A device and method for improving material wettability based on multi-field coupling, including an operation platform, a vacuum furnace placed on the operation platform, a high-voltage power supply control box, an ultrasonic auxiliary device, an electric field auxiliary device, and a magnetic field auxiliary device. There is a guide rail column on one side of the platform, and a movable beam on the upper end. The ultrasonic transducer is fixed on the beam. The ultrasonic transformer rod extends into the vacuum furnace through the bellows, and the electric field auxiliary device is installed on the ultrasonic transformer rod. Next, the sample is placed on an insulating ceramic plate and positioned by a stopper. A magnetic field power supply coil is also installed inside the vacuum furnace, and a variable magnetic field is generated after the current is applied.
