The present invention uses tin disulfide and mesoporous carbon nitride as photoelectric conversion materials and irradiates with visible light to obtain photocurrent. The carrier mesoporous carbon nitride is well matched with the tin disulfide energy band, which greatly improves the photoelectric conversion efficiency. According to the different effects of different concentrations of the analyte on the intensity of the photoelectric signal, the detection of prostate specific antigen is realized. Its detection limit was 21 fg/mL. |
