titleOfInvention Efficient hemostatic sponge and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a high-efficiency hemostatic sponge which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 35 to 60 percent of chitosan, 0.1 to 0.5 percent of thrombin, 1 to 3 percent of polyglutamic acid, 9 percent of sodium chloride, 20 to 35 percent of sodium alginate, 5 to 15 percent of sodium hyaluronate and 1 to 5 percent of calcium chloride; the efficient hemostatic sponge consists of a surface layer and an inner layer, wherein the surface layer is an antibacterial hemostatic layer and consists of chitosan, thrombin, polyglutamic acid and sodium chloride; the inner layer is a gel layer and consists of sodium alginate, sodium hyaluronate and calcium chloride. The inner layer of the hemostatic sponge is in direct contact with the wound surface, absorbs water in blood to form gel, plugs the wound surface and stops bleeding initially; the concentrated blood penetrates through the gel layer to enter the surface layer, and is subjected to rapid coagulation under the combined action of thrombin and chitosan; the stability of the outer layer immobilized thrombin in the hemostatic sponge is enhanced, the high-efficiency hemostatic activity is maintained, and the thrombin risk caused by blood entering is not easy to occur; is particularly suitable for rapid hemostasis of severe bleeding such as deep trauma, artery rupture and the like.
