titleOfInvention | Application of specific inhibitor of hepatitis C virus co-receptor CD36 in preparation of drugs for preventing and treating hepatitis C virus infection |
abstract | The invention discloses the application of a specific inhibitor of hepatitis C virus (HCV) co-receptor CD36 in the preparation of medicines for preventing and treating HCV infection, and belongs to the field of biomedicine. In the present invention, the specific inhibitor of HCV co-receptor CD36 is preferably sulfo-N-succinimidyl oleate (SSO). Experiments have shown that SSO has a strong anti-HCV effect, especially against known anti-HCV drug-resistant HCV viruses, and has a synergistic effect with other known anti-HCV drugs. Oral safety is good. Therefore, SSO, as a new drug for the prevention and treatment of HCV infection, will have broad application prospects in the prevention and treatment of HCV infection. |
