The invention relates to the design, preparation and application fields of high-performance graphene-based transparent conductive films, specifically a graphene oxide/graphene laminated transparent conductive film and its preparation and application. The transparent conductive film is composed of a transparent substrate and a conductive layer, and the conductive layer is formed by stacking graphene and graphene oxide. Firstly, the graphene film is made on the surface of the transparent substrate by transfer, and then the graphene oxide/graphene stacked heterostructure transparent conductive film is obtained by selective oxidation of the top layer, transfer or spraying of graphene oxide, and finally by repeating the above process and control The sequence of stacking obtains graphene oxide/graphene stack heterostructure transparent conductive films with different stacking structures. The film structure and preparation method of the present invention are simple, and the obtained film has high transparency, conductivity, work function and surface wettability, and is widely used in the field of optoelectronic devices such as organic light-emitting diodes, organic solar cells and perovskite solar cells. |
