The display medium layer is arranged between the first substrate and the second substrate. The first metal layer is arranged on the first substrate to form a signal line and a grid. The first insulating layer is disposed on the first metal layer. The second metal layer is arranged on the first insulating layer to form a data line, a source electrode and a drain electrode. The second insulating layer is arranged on the second metal layer. The spacing layer is a patterning layer and is arranged between the second insulating layer and the pixel electrode layer; the pixel electrode layer covers the spacing layer and the second insulating layer, and the circumference of the spacing layer of one sub-pixel is between 500 micrometers and 30000 micrometers. The invention also discloses a display device with the display panel. |
