abstract | The invention relates to a high-strength high-density graphite material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: s1, dissolving maltha by using an organic solvent to obtain an asphalt solution, spraying calcined coke fine powder by using the asphalt solution, and mechanically mixing isotropic asphalt powder to obtain a mixture; s2, compression molding the mixture to obtain a green body, roasting the green body for the first time, then densifying the green body by adopting impregnated asphalt, and finally roasting for the second time and graphitizing to obtain the high-strength high-density graphite material. Its advantage does: the calcined coke powder can be infiltrated on the surface and uniformly coated with the maltha by using a liquid spraying technology, and the interface compatibility and the isotropy of the coke powder are improved; the isotropic asphalt is decomposed uniformly in the roasting process and is consistent with the shrinkage of the coke powder aggregate, the internal stress of the material is relieved, and the yield is obviously improved; the high-strength and high-density graphite material can be prepared by adopting the steps of dipping for 1 time, roasting for 2 times and graphitizing for 1 time, and has the advantages of simple process, lower cost, good repeatability and short production period. |
