titleOfInvention | Non-noble metal catalyst and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses a non-noble metal catalyst and a preparation method thereof, wherein the preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) respectively dissolving a metal compound and an organic molecular linking agent in proportion, uniformly mixing two solutions obtained by dissolving, and carrying out chelation reaction on metal ions and organic molecules to generate a precipitate; centrifuging or filtering the precipitate to obtain an intermediate product; drying the intermediate product to obtain a precursor; (2) and putting the precursor in an inert atmosphere for pyrolysis carbonization treatment to obtain the non-noble metal catalyst. The non-noble metal catalyst prepared by the invention takes a metal organic framework structure as a kernel, and has a multi-walled carbon nanotube on the surface, so that the catalyst has a large specific surface area; has good oxygen reduction catalytic performance, oxygen precipitation catalytic performance, stability and good CH 3 OH resistance, and can maintain stable catalytic activity for a long period of time when applied to a fuel cell. |
