abstract | The present invention provides optoelectronic devices and electronic devices including the optoelectronic devices. The optoelectronic device can include a photoactive layer that can include a nanostructured layer configured to generate charge in response to light and a semiconductor layer adjacent to the nanostructured layer. The nanostructured layer may include one or more quantum dots. The semiconductor layer may include an oxide semiconductor. The optoelectronic device may include first and second electrodes contacting different regions of the photoactive layer. A large number of photoelectric conversion elements may be arranged in the horizontal direction or may be stacked in the vertical direction. The photoelectric conversion element can absorb and thus detect light in different wavelength bands without using a color filter. |
