titleOfInvention | Method and device for identifying tumor site |
abstract | The present invention realizes a method and an apparatus that can more accurately discriminate a tumor site from a sample containing a connective tissue containing a substance having autofluorescence than ever before. Image information corresponding to an intensity distribution of first light received by a first filter that transmits light in a first wavelength band including a peak wavelength of fluorescence emitted from porphyrins in fluorescence from a sample, a light intensity distribution received by a second filter that transmits light in a second wavelength band shorter than the first wavelength band, and a light intensity distribution received by a third filter that transmits light in a third wavelength band longer than the first wavelength band is acquired, image information corresponding to an intensity distribution of fluorescence emitted from porphyrins in the first light is generated based on the image information, and a tumor site and a non-tumor site are discriminated based on the image information. |
