The present technology discloses a cost-effective single-use bag or container for storing biological matter, the bag or container having an electronic device mounted on its inner wall configured to measure the physiological And/or physical parameters such as source history, identification, demographics, time stamps, temperature, pH, conductivity, glucose, O2 , CO2 levels, etc. The disclosed bag electronics include: a sensor configured to measure a physiological and/or physical parameter of biological matter enclosed within the bag; and a radio frequency (RF) device communicatively coupled to the sensor and configured to: ( a) acquiring data from the sensor associated with the measured parameter, (b) storing the acquired sensor data in a non-volatile memory, and (c) wirelessly communicating the stored data to the RF reader. |
