titleOfInvention LAMP (loop-mediated isothermal amplification) detection primer for potato late blight bacteria and visual detection method thereof
abstract The invention discloses a potato late blight LAMP detection primer and a visual detection method thereof, which are specially used for specific detection of potato late blight. Mainly adopts LAMP primers F3, B3, FIP and BIP designed for potato late blight bacteria. After LAMP isothermal amplification, color reaction or agarose gel electrophoresis detection is carried out, and green fluorescence or a ladder-shaped band with LAMP characteristics can be observed. The LAMP primer and the use method thereof can be used for quickly, sensitively and accurately detecting the potato late blight germ infected plants in production practice, can be used for early diagnosis of field diseases and monitoring and identification of germs, and provide reliable technical and theoretical bases for prevention and treatment of potato late blight.
