abstract | The invention discloses a preparation method of an aluminum silicon carbide microwave and mixed circuit tube shell, which comprises the steps of firstly preparing a shell made of aluminum silicon carbide, wherein the aluminum silicon carbide accounts for 70% of the volume percentage of the aluminum silicon carbide, then punching a hole on the aluminum silicon carbide shell by using electric sparks, and then sintering a glass insulator on the aperture of the shell, wherein the sealing temperature of the glass insulator is 450-550 ℃, the thermal expansion coefficient is 6-10, and the air tightness can reach 10 ~8 Pa m 3 /s~10 ~9 Pa m 3 Between/s; then, processing an aluminum alloy cover plate with the thickness of 1mm by using wire cutting and electric spark, then welding the tube shell and the aluminum alloy cover plate by using laser, and finally plating gold on the surface by 1-2 mu m to obtain the microwave and hybrid circuit tube shell made of aluminum silicon carbide; the tube shell has bright prospect in microwave and hybrid circuits due to high thermal conductivity, low thermal expansion coefficient and high air tightness, and can replace the same type of metal tube shells in the market. |
