titleOfInvention | Method for degrading N, N-dimethylformamide in sucralose wastewater by using microorganisms |
abstract | The invention discloses a method for degrading N, N-dimethylformamide in sucralose wastewater by using microorganisms, which comprises the following steps: (1) enrichment culture of microbial flora: selecting a microbial flora to inoculate into a culture solution, and performing enrichment culture to obtain an enrichment culture solution; (2) domestication of microbial flora: selecting an enrichment culture solution, inoculating the enrichment culture solution into an initial domestication culture solution containing N, N-dimethylformamide, and domesticating microbial flora by continuously adjusting the content of the N, N-dimethylformamide in a biological reaction device to obtain a domesticated culture solution; (3) degrading N, N-dimethylformamide in sucralose wastewater by microorganisms: continuously introducing the sucralose production wastewater containing the N, N-dimethylformamide into the culture solution after the domestication, and degrading the N, N-dimethylformamide in the sucralose wastewater by microorganisms. The method can realize the high-efficiency and low-cost treatment of the N, N-dimethylformamide in the sucralose wastewater. |
