titleOfInvention A flue gas catalytic adsorption collaborative mercury removal device and method thereof
abstract The invention provides a method and device for removing mercury from flue gas. The method adopts the synergistic technology of mercury removal catalyst and flue injection adsorbent to carry out efficient mercury removal. The mercury removal catalyst layer is arranged upstream of the denitration ammonia injection grid or (and) downstream of the flue gas denitration catalyst layer, and the adsorbent is sprayed in the flue upstream of the dust removal device. Most of the Hg 0 in the flue gas is converted into Hg 2+ under the action of the mercury removal catalyst. At the same time, it is fully mixed with the adsorbent injected into the flue gas, reacted and adsorbed, and then the adsorbed mercury is removed together with the particulate matter in the dust removal equipment , the unadsorbed mercury is further absorbed in the absorption device, so as to effectively control the mercury in the exhaust flue gas. The flue gas mercury removal method provided by the invention has simple process and convenient operation, and the mercury removal rate can reach 94%.
