titleOfInvention | An OLED surface-emitting device driven by AC power |
abstract | The invention provides an OLED surface light-emitting device suitable for AC power drive. The device includes two light-emitting units, and each light-emitting unit is an independent DC OLED surface-emitting device. Two light-emitting units are superimposed on each other by sharing a negative film; or, two light-emitting units are superimposed on each other by sharing a positive film, and the shared positive film or negative film is a transparent conductive layer that can generate positive or negative charges. The OLED surface device provided by the present invention can realize two light-emitting units alternately emitting light in two half-cycles of alternating current under an alternating current electric field, so as to achieve the effect of no flicker. By selecting the material of the light-emitting layer, the OLED device of the present invention can emit light of any color. When the two light-emitting units are combined with white light-emitting materials, and are connected in series and parallel to form a light-emitting module, it can be applied to OLED lighting under a standard power supply, and can realize no need for rectifiers and frequency converters, thereby greatly reducing the cost of OLED lighting panels . |
