abstract | The invention discloses a rape photosynthetic efficiency related gene perg (photosynthetic efficiency related gene), a preparation method and application thereof. The cDNA sequence of the gene is shown in SEQ ID NO.1, the amino acid sequence of the encoded protein is shown in SEQ ID NO.2, the amplified forward primer is 5'-atgggaaacagagagcaag-3', and the amplified reverse primer is 5'-tcatccatggaattggtag-3'. The transgenic experiment using arabidopsis as a receptor proves that the photosynthetic efficiency of an arabidopsis line of the rape photosynthetic efficiency related gene perg can be improved by 47 percent compared with the wild type control. Therefore, the over-expression of the rape photosynthetic efficiency related gene perg can be utilized to enhance the plant photosynthetic efficiency for the yield breeding of crops. |
