Ridges are provided, and drip irrigation belts are arranged along the central axis of each ridge length direction, and field ridges are respectively arranged in parallel on the outer sides of the two said ridges in the outermost, and a drainage trunk ditch is arranged in parallel on the outside of one of the said field ridges. A drainage ditch embankment is arranged adjacent to the outside of the dry ditch, and the irrigation and drainage part includes a water supply pool and a water collection pool arranged at both ends of the drainage ditch embankment. The present invention combines field ridges, sets drainage ditches and pools, and uses rainwater to irrigate after collecting rainwater, so that the soil moisture in different growth stages of peppers is controlled at the optimum level.
