abstract The invention discloses a sequence, a cloning method and application of a precursor protein gene PhHB of heterophylly falsestarwort root cyclic peptide HB. The gene has a nucleotide sequence of 477bp in length, wherein a coding region (CDS) is 108bp (coding 35 amino acids), and comprises a 5 'non-coding region (5' UTR) of 172bp and a 3 'non-coding region (3' UTR) of 197 bp. The gene has a structure of a typical plant cyclic peptide precursor protein gene, and the pseudostellaria cyclic peptide HB linear peptide prePhHB (IFGGLPPP) contained in a protein sequence can be synthesized artificially and then subjected to cyclization reaction to generate the pseudostellaria cyclic peptide HB. The invention provides scientific basis for the application of the precursor protein gene expression level of the heterophylly falsestarwort root cyclic peptide HB and the synthesis of the heterophylly falsestarwort root cyclic peptide HB by adopting a biological technology or a chemical technology.
