abstract | The invention provides a dealcoholized silicone rubber sealant, which comprises, in parts by weight: 100 parts of α,ω-dihydroxy polydimethylsiloxane; 0.1-30 parts of dimethyl silicone oil; 80-30 parts of calcium carbonate 150 parts; 0-10 parts of color paste; 5-12 parts of silicone crosslinking agent; 0.05-5 parts of silane coupling agent; 0.05-8 parts of titanium-containing catalyst; 5 servings. The invention adopts the polybutadiene modified by the polar group, because the polar group increases the introduction of moisture in the air, and improves the initial curing speed and initial strength of the sealant. The present invention reasonably controls the components in the sealant and adjusts the content of each component, and under the comprehensive action of each component, the sealant has the advantages of fast initial curing speed, high shear strength and excellent cohesiveness. |
