The invention discloses a hole-transporting material for a perovskite solar cell. The material is a non-conjugated polymer molecule jointly constructed by a non-conjugated polyvinyl main chain and a carbazole side chain substituted by an aromatic amine. The hole transport material of the present invention has simple preparation process, easy to obtain raw materials, low price, and good solution processability of the material, and can form a thin film with good hole mobility and high quality on the perovskite material, further Reduce the cost of device preparation; this type of material is used as a non-doped hole transport material in perovskite solar cell devices, achieving a device efficiency higher than 16%, suitable for stable, low-cost, large-scale flexible perovskite solar cells device application. |
