The invention relates to an organic electroluminescent element, a method for manufacturing the organic electroluminescent element, a display device and an illuminating device. The present invention provides an organic EL element having high luminous efficiency, a small temporal change in luminous intensity even after storage at a high temperature, and a long luminescent lifetime at a high temperature, and a method for producing the same.
