The invention has the effects of increasing the combustion heat value of the alcohol-based fuel, improving power, improving cetane number, improving combustion performance, shortening ignition time, saving fuel oil, eliminating smoke, supporting combustion, reducing carbon deposition and the like, and effectively solves the technical problems of low cetane number, insufficient power, long ignition lag period, poor economy under low load, amplified tail gas smoke and dust emission and the like of the alcohol-based fuel.
