titleOfInvention | Method for establishing liver cancer xenograft tumor model based on liver cancer circulating tumor cell bio-gel hanging drop culture method |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of biological medicine, in particular to a method for constructing a xenograft tumor based on a temperature-sensitive biological gel hanging drop culture liver cancer circulating tumor system, which can amplify circulating tumor cells of a liver cancer patient in vitro and form a multicellular clone through the culture system, and the clone is selected to inoculate a nude mouse to form tumors under the skin, in the liver and in the lung to build a xenograft tumor model; the invention also provides a reagent for the CTC temperature-sensitive bio-gel hanging drop culture method of the liver cancer. Experiments prove that the circulating tumor cells of the liver cancer can be amplified and grown in the temperature-sensitive biological gel system of the invention and become tumor after being inoculated to a nude mouse. The invention provides a model animal for establishing a liver cancer xenograft tumor animal model and individual treatment of liver cancer. |
