abstract The present invention relates to a method for immobilizing a protein in a microchannel, comprising the steps of: step one, fusion recombination expression of the MagR and a target protein; step two, when the liquid containing the fusion recombinant protein is in the microchannel in the magnetic field, the target protein is immobilized on the inner wall of the microchannel; in the using process, the fused recombinant protein separated from the inner wall of the micro-channel is absorbed and recovered by a strong magnetic field at the outlet of the tail end of the micro-channel; step four, after the immobilized protein is used, the immobilized protein is removed by fluid flushing; and step five, after the immobilized protein is eliminated, repeating the step two to the step four, and realizing the repeated operation of 'immobilization-use-elimination-re-immobilization' of the protein in the microchannel. The invention also provides the application field of the method. The invention has the advantages that: the operation is simple and convenient, and the cost is low; is suitable for the inner surfaces of micro-channels made of different materials.
