abstract The present invention provides a tetradentate ligand Pt complex compound with azafluorene as a basic unit for OLED materials, which is characterized in that its structure is shown in general formula (I): (I), wherein, R 1 -R 8 are independently selected from hydrogen, alkyl, heteroalkyl, aryl or heteroaryl; X 1 is selected from C, N, O, and X 2 is selected from C, N. Preferably, the tetradentate ligand Pt complex is ONCN tetradentate ligand Pt complex. The present invention also provides an OLED material and an OLED device of the tetradentate ligand Pt complex with azofluorene as a basic unit. The complex provided by the present invention is used as a guest material in light-emitting materials, and has the advantages of good thermal stability, high luminous efficiency, long life, etc., and can be further applied to the AMOLED industry.
