abstract | The invention discloses a production method of water-white tackifying resin, which comprises the following steps: a) crushing common rosin, putting the crushed rosin into a refining and dissolving pot, and fully dissolving the rosin by using 2-level fire at the temperature of 190-; b) sucking the dissolved rosin into a distillation pot by vacuum, heating by strong fire, and raising the temperature to obtain distilled refined rosin; c) after the residual heavy oil in the distilled refined rosin is pumped out, high-temperature atomization and cooling are carried out to obtain refined natural resin; d) absorbing the refined natural resin into a reaction kettle, and adding a catalyst and polyol to perform esterification reaction to obtain the water-white tackifying resin. The production method can reduce the chance of high-temperature oxidation of materials due to the totally-enclosed operation, so that the water-white tackifying resin has better thermal stability and oxidation safety, the color can reach 0 color or approach 0 color, and the compatibility with the adhesive materials such as EVA, SIS, SBS and the like is better; the production links are reduced, the natural energy consumption and workload are reduced, the product quality is improved, and the production cost is reduced. |
