A method for forming a fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite based on a 3D printing technology. 3D printing and forming of the ceramic slurry are achieved by adopting a 3D printing technology and a fiber reinforced composite material technology. Firstly, before printing, ceramic slurry containing a catalyst, a resin, a monomer and a cross-linking agent and an initiator with a certain concentration are prepared and respectively supplied to a main printing head and a secondary printing head, and an ultraviolet light source is turned on. When the ceramic part is printed, the main printing head and the auxiliary printing head move according to the section data, the ceramic slurry and the reinforced fibers are extruded out of the main printing head, meanwhile, the initiator is sprayed out of the auxiliary printing head to cover the surface of the ceramic slurry, the ceramic slurry is solidified and formed under the double actions of ultraviolet irradiation and the initiator, printing is finished, a ceramic blank is obtained, and the ceramic part is obtained through degreasing and sintering. By using the method, the ceramic matrix composite part with good toughness, high strength and high precision can be obtained, and the rapid manufacturing of the fiber reinforced ceramic matrix composite part with a complex structure can be realized. |
