abstract | The invention belongs to the field of pharmaceutical preparations, and relates to activated bionic nanoparticles coated by neutral particle cell membranes and a preparation method thereof. In the invention, the polymer polylactic acid-glycolic acid copolymer PLGA, or polylactic acid copolymer PLA, or polycaprolactone copolymer PCL is used as a material to prepare nanoparticles as an inner core and to encapsulate a model drug, and a natural activated neutral particle cell membrane is used as a capsid to be coated on the surface of the nanoparticles to prepare the biodegradable bionic particle nano-carrier system coated by the activated neutral particle cell membrane. In vivo and in vitro experiments show that the bionic particle nano-carrier system can be used for a bionic treatment system aiming at circulating tumor cells and micrometastasis foci, has the characteristics of strong targeting property and high efficiency, provides a new thought for individuation and accurate treatment, and has higher clinical practice significance. |
