titleOfInvention Application of methyl salicylate glucoside in preparation of medicines for preventing and/or treating systemic lupus erythematosus and complications thereof
abstract The invention discloses a methyl salicylate glucoside compound shown as a general formula (1) and application of pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof in preparing medicines for preventing and/or treating systemic lupus erythematosus and complications thereof. In the invention, the methyl salicylate glucoside has the pharmacological actions of reducing the expression level of autoantibodies and inflammatory factors in lupus mice and improving the immunologic function; has the function of slowing down the lupus arthritis-like pathological process; has effects in reducing immune complex deposition in kidney tissue of lupus mouse, and improving kidney of lupus mouseFunctional pharmacological effects; has the function of protecting spleen function of lupus mice. The methyl salicylate glucoside compound is a monomer compound extracted and separated from the Yunnan white bead which is a traditional Chinese herbal medicine in China, and has the advantages of low toxicity, simple extraction process, mature synthetic route and the like; the traditional Chinese medicine monomer has wide raw material resources, is easy to prepare in large quantity, has good application and development prospects, and is an ideal novel traditional Chinese medicine monomer for treating systemic lupus erythematosus and complications thereof such as immune dysfunction, lupus arthritis, lupus nephritis, lupus spleen injury and the like.
