The mixed crystal phase silver-based solid solution of the invention is composed of spherical β-phase AgAl 0.4 Ga 0.6 O 2 and α-phase AgAl 0.4 Ga 0.6 O 2 with a flaky morphology, and the optical band gap is between 2.50 –2.68eV and adjustable; the preparation method of mixed crystal phase silver-based solid solution, using β-phase AgAl 0.4 Ga 0.6 O 2 powder as the precursor, using the hydrothermal method, using deionized water as the reaction medium, at the hydrothermal reaction temperature The temperature is 80-150 °C, and the hydrothermal reaction time is between 0-15 h, and a mixed crystal phase silver-based solid solution with controllable composition is obtained. The mixed crystal phase silver-based solid solution of the invention has continuously adjustable band gap, strong absorption in the visible light range, high photocatalytic activity and stability, and the preparation method has simple preparation process, low cost and controllable components. |
