titleOfInvention | Endo-xylanase mutant with improved pH, temperature and salt adaptability and application thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to the technical field of genetic engineering and protein modification, in particular to an endoxylanase mutant with improved pH, temperature and salt adaptability and application thereof, wherein the amino acid sequence of the mutant S45F07 is shown as SEQ ID NO. 1. Compared with the wild enzyme, the activity of the mutant endo-xylanase S45F07 is improved in pH4.0 and pH9.0-11.0, at 80 ℃ and 90 ℃, at 3.0-25.0% (w/v) NaCl and at 20.0-30.0% (w/v) KCl. The mutant endo-xylanase S45F07 can be applied to the industries of food, feed and paper making, in particular to the biotechnology field of high-salt environment. |
