titleOfInvention Preparation method of heparin/polylysine nanoparticle-loaded hyaluronic acid hydrogel
abstract A preparation method of a heparin/polylysine nanoparticle-loaded hyaluronic acid hydrogel comprises the following steps: A. grafting of dopamine: activating the hyaluronic acid solution by 1- (3-dimethylaminopropyl) -3-ethylcarbodiimide and N-hydroxysuccinimide, and adjusting the hyaluronic acid solution to be acidic; adding dopamine, and reacting for 9-12 hours; B. preparing nano particles: mixing the heparin solution and the endothelial growth factor solution in equal volume to prepare a mixed solution; then adding the mixture into a polylysine solution to obtain a heparin/polylysine nanoparticle solution loaded with the endothelial growth factor; C. adding the nano particles: adding a hyaluronic acid solution into a nanoparticle solution to obtain a composite solution; D. formation of hydrogel: adjusting the composite solution to be alkaline, and adding sodium periodate to obtain the product. The hyaluronic acid hydrogel prepared by the method can delay the release of growth factors, promote the growth of endothelial cells for a longer time, provide a beneficial three-dimensional growth space for the endothelial cells and have a good function of inducing tissue repair.
