abstract | The invention discloses a method for rapidly detecting multiple veterinary drug residues in animal-derived food, which comprises the following steps of (1) extracting the animal-derived food to be detected by using acetonitrile aqueous solution to obtain an extracting solution, (2) purifying the extracting solution by using octadecylsilane chemically bonded silica and acetonitrile saturated n-hexane, centrifuging, taking supernatant, sequentially concentrating the supernatant, fixing the volume and purifying the acetonitrile saturated n-hexane, and (3) detecting the treating solution treated by the step (2) by using an ultrahigh liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method to realize detection of the veterinary drug residues in the animal-derived food. |
