abstract | The invention relates to a water-based cleaning agent, which comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 4 to 10 percent of surfactant; 8 to 20 percent of oil-soluble solvent; 3% -7% of a builder; 0.2 to 1.2 percent of defoaming agent; deionized water to 100%; the surfactant is prepared by compounding fatty acid methyl ester ethoxylate and any 1 or at least 2 of straight-chain or branched-chain fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether. According to the invention, different surfactants are compounded, and components such as an oil-soluble solvent, a builder, a defoaming agent and the like are matched, so that dust, ion residues, oil stains and waxy impurities of the circuit board can be effectively removed, and the surface of the circuit board is not damaged. On the other hand, the water-based cleaning agent provided by the invention is green and environment-friendly, does not volatilize toxic solvents easily, is harmless to human bodies, is clean thoroughly and free from residues, and can effectively avoid the risks of short circuit, corrosion and the like after electronic devices are welded. |
