titleOfInvention | shRNA for effectively inhibiting yak CAPN1 gene expression and application thereof |
abstract | The invention provides shRNA for effectively inhibiting yak CAPN1 gene expression, which is shCAPN1-1025, shCAPN1-1822 and shCAPN1-1981, and comprises 21nt siRNA sense chains, 7nt loop rings, 21nt siRNA antisense chains and termination signals. The application of the shRNA for effectively inhibiting the expression of the yak CAPN1 gene comprises the steps of constructing the shRNA on a lentiviral vector to obtain a recombinant vector containing the shRNA; the recombinant vector containing the shRNA acts on 293T cells to achieve the purpose of inhibiting the expression of the yak CAPN1 gene. The inhibition efficiency of the three shRNAs on the mRNA of the CAPN1 gene is over 80 percent. |
