titleOfInvention | Application of quaternary ammonium salt coated silver bromide nano-composite in modified dental resin material |
abstract | The invention discloses an application of a quaternary ammonium salt coated silver bromide nano composite in a modified dental resin material. Mixing a dental resin material and a quaternary ammonium salt-coated silver bromide nano compound for modification reaction, wherein the preparation method of the quaternary ammonium salt-coated silver bromide nano compound comprises the following steps: bromohexane and 2-bromoethyl methacrylate are grafted to a poly-4 vinylpyridine side chain through quaternization reaction to synthesize quaternary ammonium methacrylate, then silver p-toluenesulfonate is slowly added into the polymer, AgBr is bonded to a BHPVP side chain in a chemical coordination bond mode through an in-situ precipitation method, and is stabilized in the polymer through a steric hindrance effect, and finally, the quaternary ammonium salt polymer-coated silver bromide nano compound is obtained after vacuum drying for 24 hours. According to the invention, after the quaternary ammonium salt-coated silver bromide nano composite is added into the dental resin material and cured, the dental resin material can be endowed with lasting and stable antibacterial performance. |
